The Capital Cities of Copenhagen and Oslo are brought together in a Joint Cross Border Public Procurement Procedure (JCBPPP) of Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) with a focus upon articulated wheel loaders - supported by the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA).
