The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Western Region, would like tenders for planning and engineering design services in the form of a senior adviser for planning and engineering design services. The aim of the procurement is to strengthen the ordering side with the competence and capacity to follow-up the delivery from the consultants in the best possible way.
