Eesmärk
The purpose of a monitoring and adoption driving solution is both to be able to measure usage, but also to ensure the ability to drive the technology adoption proactively. The scope of technology adoption spans from on/off boarding of students and faculty members over supporting a high response rate on course evaluation to promoting selected tools to subsets of faculty members.
We need a solution, which will enable us to measure and report usage of tools – or categories of tool – on several levels. Usage should be reported on a single course as well as aggregated to report on specific programmes or study boards.
Based on tool usage on courses these can automatically be grouped by transformation level. Furthermore, we need a solution, which can support targeted communication to users thus enabling the administration a way to smoothly on/off board users as well as giving the pedagogical centers tools for stimulating and advocating tool usage.
