Eesmärk
The MR Research Center at Aarhus University needs a low field NMR system for Urine 1H and 13C NMRanalysis in relation to renal disease. The NMR system should be able to shim to allow liquid state urine analysis on 1H and 13C: Linewidth specifications for all models measured on chloroform: — 50 % Linewidth: < 0,2 Hz, — 0,55 % Linewidth: < 6 Hz, — 0,11 % Linewidth: < 12 Hz. The NMR system should allow 1H water suppression to allow discrimination of urine metabolites. Furthermore, it should have the ability to decouple on 13C as well as on 1H to allow optimal NMR analysis of 13C enriched urine samples.
