Eesmärk
The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for a turnkey contract regarding buried waste containers. The turnkey contract for this service means that the tenderer is responsible for the entire process from “A to Z" by establishing buried mid-town waste collection and return points This means that the tenderer must have approval of the right to accept responsibility for the functions as liable designer and liable contractor. The Contract Authority shall only have the function as the Contracting Authority and builder.
