Eesmärk
From 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Skodje, Haram, Ørskog, Sandøy and Ålesund will merge and create one municipality (called “Nye Ålesund”).
The mentioned municipalities, with the exception of Ørskog, have previously procured Gemini software from Powel. The software is owned by each municipality and is currently used as a central trade management system within the water and sewage sector, as well as within roads, construction and service reception.
A contract has been signed with Powel AS in accordance with the previously published voluntary ex ante transparency notice.
The objective of this intention notice is to inform the market of the intention to continue the municipalities contracts with Powel AS as a combined contract.
