From 2003 Posten has offered an address cleansing service to customers so as to keep the postal adresses in their customer registers up-to-date. The address cleansing service is currently aimed at distributors and dealers of information and cleansing services. In addition, we are legally obliged to offer address changes to post distributors, through cleansing.
The existing contract is to be outsourced and a new contract will be signed. The contract that is to be signed must cover administration, as well as conversion of address data and customers´ assignments from the current system, and the establishment of new interface with the data source.
