The administration has limited resources to initiate measure to conserve threatened nature. An important first step to achieve a more cost efficient use of the resources is therefore to develop knowledge that can help with prioritising the effort between geographic areas. This project shall examine how the geographic spread of local biodiversity and threatened species are under the influence of different biophysical explanatory variables, and model potential biodiversity. The focus shall be on vascular plants. This tender documentation shall be used to identify hotspots for biodiversity, with specific emphasis on threatened nature and threatened responsibility species. The project contains 3 options.
