Parallel framework agreement suppliers shall be procured for Construction, Property and Management in Telemark County. Vestfold County is included as an option.
The objective of the contract is to establish parallel framework agreements for the following areas:
1. Architecture:
— architect.
2. Construction:
— consultant engineer for construction,
— consultant engineer for fire,
— consultant engineer for building physics,
— consultant engineer for the environment,
— consultant engineer for BIM,
— consultant engineer for acoustics,
— consultant engineer for geo engineering.
3. Technical:
— consultant engineer for electro,
— consultant engineer for HVAC and sanitary installations,
— consultant engineer for ITB.
4. HSE:
— coordinator of engineering design services in accordance with the BH regulations,
— coordinator of execution in accordance with the BH regulations,
— builder's representative.
5. Project administration:
— project manager,
— construction manager,
— engineering design manager.
