The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) wants to enter into a framework agreement with a consulting firm regarding consultancy for the entire or parts of the management recruitment process for FFI.
The framework agreement can also include specialists’ recruitment if FFI considers this suitable.
The consultancy may include all aspects of the recruitment process, from the preparation of a job advertisement, publication, interviews, tests, evaluation of candidates, final interview and candidate reports.
