The scope and purpose of the contract
The tender contest is for a framework agreement for building contractor services for the following participants:
— Asker municipality,
— Hurum municipality,
— Hurum Eiendom KF,
— Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF,
— Lier municipality,
— Lier eiendomsselskap KF,
— Nedre Eiker municipality,
— Røyken eiendom AS (REAS),
— Røyken municipality,
— Øvre Eiker municipality.
The work includes external and internal painting work such as (not exhaustive): — Improvements to outer facades, — Surface treated base layer that can be wood, concrete, leca, steel, etc., — Improvements to internal/external surfaces, — Total decoration of rooms/departments, — Replacement of coverings and other equivalent floor work, — Wallpapering, — Surface treatment in buildings, — Paint, oil, stain, etc. on doors and windows.
