Oppegård Kommune (the Contracting Authority) shall in the coming year invest approx. 1.2 billion NOK in new construction, development and adaptations of the building portfolio, and this will result in an increased need for the selected management resources.
As a result of the planned investment, the Contracting Authority needs framework agreements for:
Project manager (start up/early phase and execution).
Construction manager (construction, HVAC, electrical).
SHE-Coordinator.
