The procurement is in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), parts I and IV.
The objective of the procurement is to meet the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' and the Norwegian Peace Corps' requirements for company health services, as well as health services in relation to trips and stays in countries and regions with high health risks, requiring medical check-ups and vaccinations of personnel. The requirement shall be covered by entering into two framework agreements. Each framework agreement will be entered into with one provider. The framework agreements concern company health services (sub-contract 1) and medical consultancy, vaccines and health check-ups (sub-contract 2).
