The contracting authority would like a framework agreement for a person who can carry out traditional caretaker services when required and who can run our garage on an independent basis for maintenance/adaptations of our vehicles.
The extent and the number of hours per week is difficult to estimate as, amongst other things, it depends on budgets. 2-3 days per week will be the norm, but it will vary from nothing to a full working week during staff holidays. Work hours will be agreed before work is expected to be carried out.
