The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with a project manager for the construction of the new Health Campus Årstadvollen. The areas of liability are in planning and implementation of projects, from the project is initiated to the take-over and follow-up during the guarantee period, within the set cost frames, settled progress schedules and expected quality.
