Contract EB09 comprises construction work for a new glass walk way between the town hall and the library, technical rooms on floors 6-7, building-in installations on the roof, complete internal renovation of the town hall, with the exception of windows, glass facades, element walls, ceilings, painting and wallpapering work, tiling work etc.
The description and the amounts that the contract will be based on, Book 1.09, will be in the tender documentation, which will be available in week 20, 2017.
