The Procurement co-operation for Hadeland, represented by the municipalities Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker, shall enter into a joint framework agreement for telephony services and accompanying services. The Hadeland municipalities have currently different systems and requirements for telephony services. This, and the extent of the framework agreement, is further described in the tender documentation
The framework agreement shall i.a. include the following services/supplies:

2. Traffic –Landlines
3. Traffic — Mobile telephony — package solutions for all kind of mobile telephone services, including i.a.:
— conversation/talks, sms, mms and mobile data.
— M2M/P2P Secure line
— mobile broadband
4. Number series
5. Reports and statistics.
6. Options
— support system and switchboard
— value added services
— telephones
— IP-link/SIP-Trunk
