The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for extension for a further 1+1 years. The contract award notice is published as an intention notice in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5. OUS has carried out a market survey and considers Praxair Norge AS as the sole supplier of the requested product. OUS is therefore entering into an agreement without a prior tender competition, in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations 13-4, letter b, point 2; ‘a tender contest cannot be implemented due to technical reasons’.
