Avinor shall lay new asphalt runway 11/29 at Stavanger Airport in spring 2017. In addition to laying new asphalt, a comprehensive replacement of matter shall be undertaken to improve the wearing ability and the establishment of a concrete cover on parts of the upgraded area.
