NSB seeks to buy bus services with a view to replacing trains with buses in conjunction with track breakdowns and operational deviations, henceforth referred to as deviations.
The purpose of the agreement is to ensure NSB bus shuttles in connection with deviations. This must be done with the least possible inconvenience to NSB's passengers and staff, as well as transport assignments carried out in a cost effective manner.
The tender contest includes all railway sections under NSB's responsibility.
