Sykehusbygg HF invites tenderers, on behalf of St. Olavs hospital HF, to a competition for the following procurement: Project: PET — Radio-pharmaceutical production. Contract: K301 Plumbing work. St. Olavs hospital will be the contracting authority and contract party. The project is for the construction of a new building for PET radio-pharmaceutical production. 1 110m2 gross shall be constructed, divided between 1 011m2 below ground and 99m2 above ground. The areas below ground consist of a concrete bunker for cyclotron and production premises for radio-pharmaceutical. There are strict requirements for screening off radio activity and clean room requirements. K301 consists of plumbing work, including gas installations, sprinklers, sanitation, waste-water and connection to existing district heating and cooling installations. The gas installations shall be carried out in laboratory quality and they will make up most of the contract. The construction work and other technical professions are in separate contracts.
