Qualification to participate in a competition for execution of operations and security services for BKK
Varme. The agreement will include operation and inspection of BKK Varme's customer centres and
area exchangers, including simple repairs on local automation. The work does not
come under the Regulation on safety with work and operation of electrical installations.
BKK Varme currently has approx. 350 business customers and during the next two years it is
expected that this number will increase to 380. In addition, we have 620 residence customers, where there is
no expected increase.
The agreement involves the tenderer offering a security services scheme where representatives from BKK
Varme AS can reach the contractor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If any emergency incidence should occur, the Tenderer is obliged to promptly present with
qualified personnel at an agreed site in Bergenhus, Ytrebygda or Fana,
and at the latest within two hours during normal working hours and three hours outside of normal working hours.
The tenderer shall perform corrections of function impeding errors on the equipment, corrections
include error seeking, repairs or replacement of faulty parts as well as
function control.
Tenderer is obliged to present with personnel available for any maintenance
situations which may arise at BKK Varme's installations.
A brief description shall be delivered via email with pictures of what has been carried out
after each assignment.
Emergency and maintenance work will be invoiced according to the agreement rates.
Comprehensive information will be provided in the enquiry to the Tenderers who qualify
themselves.
