The procurement consists of the delivery of machine sand, subbus, crushed stone, machine cult and unsorted blasted stone.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier.
The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for crushed stone and gravel in a quick, clear and simple way at the best possible price.
The contracting authority would like to achieve predictable prices and discounts.
The actual delivery places are: (see the attached overview):
— ROAF Miljøpark at Bøler;
— The recycling stations in the owner municipalities;
— Closed landfill sites in the owner municipalities;
— Possibly Spillhaug gjenvinningsstasjon in Aurskog.
The contracting authority wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier who can comply with national legislation regarding regulated working hours, minimum wages, and HSE, and will require documentation of this in the tender and throughout the contract period.
Environmental considerations are of great importance for the contracting authority, who would therefore like the supplier to take the environment into consideration for the transport.
