The contracting authority would like external assistance who can assist with making information on selected parts of the rules user orientated, as well as identifying which parts of the rules the contracting authority ought to prioritise making user orientated. By rules we mean the Planning and Building Act, as well as the accompanying regulations and guidelines. Assistance is also wanted within user testing and project support, which can be used, amongst other things, to facilitate workshops.
Three framework agreements shall therefore be signed for different disciplines. 2 year contract period with an option for up to a 1+1 year extension. Tenderers are free to use sub suppliers and collaboration partners. The working language must be Norwegian.
