There is a need for uniform action to facilitate efficient, secure and environmentally friendly goods transport in the Oslo fjord region. In order to manage this, a decision has been made to carry out a concept choice review for terminal functions in the Oslo fjord. A socially efficient terminal structure shall be assessed, which shall support intermodal transport that involves harbour and railway terminals.
The time-scale is very short. The contracting authority would therefore like to join up with a trade secretary/consultant with resource persons, competence in cost calculations of different concepts/measures and a consultant/research environment who can carry out a transport analysis and the socio-economic calculations.
The assignment is planned to start up 16.2.2015 and be completed by 31.10.2015. The contract does not have any options.
Number of service providers:
A contract will be signed with one service provider per sub-assignment for this procurement. The chosen service provider can have sub suppliers, who must be specified in the tender.
