We have assessed 6 tenders that have been submitted for Folkehallene. Only 1 supplier fulfils the specifications stated in Doffin. We find the deviations to be significant.
When deviations are significant, suppliers shall be rejected, see § 20-13.
We have assessed whether we can clarify the uncertainties, see §21-1 i FOA. This has been done, but the tenderers are difficult to compare due to diffuse descriptions. 5 of the tenders also have shortcomings as regards the described equipment.
As 5 suppliers must be rejected and Folkehallene only has 1 supplier left, we believe that we can cancel the contest due to a lack of competition (only 1 tender).
We will announce a new competition shortly on Doffin and will then set up a matrix of needs and quality so that suppliers must respond to all the points in order to be qualified. The competition will be announced during the coming 14 days.
