DALO is in the process of establishing a framework agreement concerning coldwork parts and tooling for repairs on F-16 wings and structure. Fatigue Technology Inc. (FTI) is the only supplier for coldwork parts and tooling certified by Locheed Martin. Until the framework agreement is signed, DALO urgent need for parts and tooling will be acquired on individual purchase orders.
