Statsbygg [Public Construction and Property Management] (PCPM) wants to acquire a user-friendly, web-based project hotel / collaboration tool. The goal is to ensure the availability of documents and information, as well as a reliable and traceable correspondence between all the parties involved in the projects. Documents are to be sent from the collaboration tool to PCPM's archives in a user friendly way.
