The purpose of the procurement is to meet Helse Bergen HFs need of microarrays for detection of copy number changes and areas of homozygosity. The microarrays is to be used with the following instruments: Affymetrix GeneChip Hybridization Oven 640, Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450 and Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000.
