The total value for the procurement, stated in the tender document's administrative provisions point 1.4, is an estimate per annum and not for the entire contract period as stated in the document and in the notice. The estimated total value in the contract period including the option period (4 years in total) shall therefore be NOK 19.2 mill. The only way to correct this error is to cancel the competition and publish a new notice. The documents will be unchanged. Only the estimated total value, the deadlines and the reference number will be changed.
