a.Scope
The Tender concerns the purchase of monitoring equipment for the Department of Surgery, Kristiansund Hospital, specifically the intensive care and emergency care sections, in accordance with the specifications. The contract shall also include a telemetry solution with its hub in Intensive Care, covering Kristiansund Hospital according to specifications.
Otherwise, the delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.
Provision of the required training for all personnel who work in the affected units must be included. That is, user training of all employees in the two sections, spread over several days, and also training of super-users in both sections. In addition, include as well the necessary training of medical staff.
The tender also covers the provision of services – and maintenance agreements where it will be important to clarify the need for service – and maintenance, and to clarify the annual operating costs expected after the warranty expires. Additionally, relevant technical courses.
