The contracting authority consists of 16 state enterprises with headquarters in Mid-Norway. The contracting authority is represented by the County Governor of Sør-Trøndelag, who signs the agreement on behalf of the enterprises. Administration of the agreement is carried out by a steering committee that is appointed by the above organisations.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier of air transport for people travelling in state service, as well as for individuals where the trip is paid for or refunded by the state.
Duration of the agreement is 3 years, with option for contracting authority for extension of the framework agreement for a further 1 year.
