Procurement of consultancy services for external training evaluation of management, professional and administrative organisation.
External evaluator's mandate is:
a) Conduct an evaluation of how the existing organisation design works, with particular emphasis on the relationship between academic and administrative leadership and experience with dual/unified management. The evaluation should also include the principles and experiences of the relationship between academic and administrative leadership at other higher educational institutions.
b ) Conduct an analysis of the extent to which today's organisational design supports the implementation of Strategy 2020 and the national education and research guidelines . This includes an analysis of how the current organisation presents the college's profile and identity externally.
c ) Suggest measures for improvement that can provide better support for the realisation of the strategy and national research and education policy guidelines.
d ) Suggest measures for improvement that can help the institution's profile and identity to be better communicated externally.
e ) Conduct a risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis of action points, including an assessment of the costs of implementing the proposed amendments we want for the agency.
All work shall be carried out in accordance with the requirement specification.
