We intend to acquire two thermophoresis instruments (NanoTemper Monolith NT.LabelFree and NT.115) from NanoTemper Technologies GmbH. These instruments measure changes in the diffusion properties of macromolecules and can therefore be used to measure protein interactions. The difference in detection capabilities of these two instruments allows these measurements to be performed under different environments.
