Ku-band Satellite Communication Capacity Covering (one satellite only): Denmark and the sea around it. Greenland, as far North as can be obtained by a geostationary satellite, Iceland and the North Atlantic Ocean.
A coverage diagram showing the coverage shall be included in the quotation.
A link budget, supporting the capability of the offered capacity to transfer the circuits specified shall be a part of the quotation.
The tender shall include the following services:
a. Provision of Ku-Band satellite capacity on a full-time basis via one serving satellite.
b. Provision of telemetry, tracking and control services.
c. Provision of maintenance services of the serving satellite.
d. Provision of payload management services, responsibility for monitoring satellite carriers and for planning and controlling the users' access to the serving satellite.
e. Provision of documentation and training services.
