DALO is in the process of acquiring technical support to the Danish Navy's Ship Air Defence Model (SADM) licenses. The technical support will be acquired from BAE Systems Australia Limited who is the only company to sell SADM licenses which features ESSM missile simulation. Because this technical support is directly connected to the later purchase of five SADM licenses from BAE Systems the technical support can be exempted from any procurement process using the rule in the Defence and Security directive art. 9 (5).
Therefore DALO will be able to acquire the technical support directly from BAE Systems Australia Limited. The acquisition consists of services connected to military equipment.
