Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for 243 units of PCBs DTH-400 and 185 PCBs DAQ-800 for the CMS Experiment. The PCBs will be of size 322.25 mm x 282 mm, thickness from 2.6 mm to 2.74 mm, with 22 layers, micro vias, filled & capped vias, back-drilled vias, using halogen free materials and copper thickness ranging from 17 ?m to 70 ?m. Impedance control will be required on up to 7 layers for both single ended (50 Ohm) and differential (100 Ohm) traces. Weave rotation to improve high speed signal integrity is requested. The deliveries are expected over an estimated duration of 12 months from the date of Contract notification.
