Lot 2: Excess I: limit DKK 250,000,000 in excess of DKK 250,000,000
Lot 3: Excess II: limit DKK 500,000,000 in excess of DKK 500,000,000
Lot 4: Excess III: limit DKK 500,000,000 in excess of DKK 1,000,000,000
Lot 5: Excess IV: limit DKK 500,000,000 in excess of DKK 1,500,000,000
Lot 6: Excess V: limit DKK 500,000,000 in excess of DKK 2,000,000,000
Total programme limit DKK 2,500,000,000
Due to lack of full capacity during public procurement procedure for Lot 6, procedure according to article 50 a of the utilities directive, was initiated.
