The Norwegian Agency for Education [Utdanningsetaten] invites tenderers to a market dialogue on 23.08.23.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to inform the market about the needs, and obtain input from the market on what the market can offer and deliver in terms of services and technology that can meet these needs.
A joint information meeting will be held 23 August 2023, 12:00 - 15:00. The market dialogue will begin with a joint information meeting for all tenderers who express interest.
Registration for the meeting on 23 August should be sent to project manager Mette Husøy by email:
mette.husoy@osloskolen.no. The Agency for Education requests that registrations include information on the name, company and contact information (mobile number and email address) of the participants.
Following the information meeting, the Agency for Education would like to invite the tenderers to further dialogues in one-to-one meetings.

Introduction
The Agency for Education in Oslo (UDE) is in need of a joint enrolment system for various services in Oslo Schools, and for some of the services there are additional needs beyond an enrolment service. The Agency for Education therefore invites tenderers to a market dialogue.
The aim of the market dialogue is to inform the market about the needs, and obtain input from the market on what the market can offer and deliver in terms of services and technology that can meet these needs, and whether the various needs can be met by a standard service/modern technological platform or whether there is a need for multiple services/platforms. The Norwegian Agency for Education would like to gain better expertise about the market and get input from tenderers on market developments and how the tender documentation should be designed to achieve the best possible agreement for both parties.
A joint information meeting will be held 23 August 2023, 12:00 - 15:00.
The market dialogue will begin with a joint information meeting for all tenderers who express interest. At the meeting, UDE will provide more information about the need for the various services and the further process. Tenderers will have the opportunity to submit questions during the meeting.

One-to-one meetings between the tenderers and the Agency for Education.
Following the information meeting, the Agency for Education would like to invite the tenderers to further dialogues in one-to-one meetings. Information about the purpose and agenda for the one-to-one meetings will be provided in the information meeting.
Participation in the dialogue meeting and responses to this invitation will not bind any of the parties going forward. The meetings will take place at the Norwegian Agency for Education's premises at Helsfyr in Oslo.
