Eesmärk
The Cancer Registry of Norway intends to enter into a contract with TietoEvry AS for the delivery of the case management and archive system Public 360 on-premise. The Cancer Registry of Norway is organised as an unit in Oslo University Hospital Trust [Oslo universitetsykehus HF (OUS)], which is the legal entity with overall responsibility for the archives, cf. the Archive Act § 1, second paragraph. OUS currently uses Public 360 as its case management and archive system, and the Cancer Registry sees the need for an archive system that is equivalent to that of the legal entity. The Cancer Registry therefore intends to enter into a contract with TietoEvry AS directly for the delivery of Public 360, cf. PPR § 13-4 (b)(2).
