Norway Post with subsidiary companies, (hereafter called the contracting authority), would like to enter into parallel framework agreements to cover its need in Norway for the procurement of complete lorries with the accompanying service and repair services, hire of lorries, as well as service and repair services for trailers. Norway Post currently has a fleet of lorries >7 tonnes of approx. 900 vehicles.
