The libraries in Rogaland would like to have new communication systems. This is to be understood as both a website and an app. In cases where the website and app is the 'same product' as regards content and technology, it is sufficient to answer the assignments once, but where there are two different products with different designs and functionality, the assignments must be answered both for the website and for the app.
