Eesmärk
The assignment is to prepare a detailed zoning plan for Rosenkrantz gate (from St. Marie gate to St. Nikolas gate) and the station area. The detailed zoning plan must facilitate the upgrade of Rosenkrantz gate to a neighbourhood street and green axis with a unique character, and the establishment of a new and future-oriented travel square with good transitions between means of transport. This also includes a crossing solution toward County Road 118 Olav Haraldssons gate and traffic patterns for busses in the city centre
