Eesmärk
The tenderer shall provide travel agency services that are necessary to meet the Contracting Authority's needs. At the time of signing the contract, the service provider shall provide services that cover the following travel categories:
• Hotel accommodations (nationally and internationally)
• The hire of cars (nationally and internationally)
• Flights (nationally and internationally)
• Other travel categories such as train, boat / ferry, bus (nationally and internationally)
For the at always prevailing travel categories covered by the agreement, the Supplier shall, among other things, offer (the list is not exhaustively):
• General travel agency services
• Electronic self-booking system for browser and APP (Online portal)
• Consultants for the Police Immigration Unit's travel office
