The procurement was started in the previous municipal company Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF, when the company received an order from the Agency for Growth and Knowledge (OVK) to renovate and upgrade Sophies Hage nursery at Carl Berner in Oslo. The nursery's current address is Trondheimsveien 132. In addition to upgrading the nursery, the building is also to be equipped to house city district functions for the Grünerløkka district. The project will be implemented as a partnering contract in two phases.
