Posten Norge AS/ Moss Næringspark Øst 1 AS shall establish a new logistics centre at cadastral number/title number 3/4098 in Moss municipality. The property has a total area of approx. 143 decares. The Skolt group is responsible for the coarse levelling work of approx. 93.5 decares of the site and the establishment noise barriers and public infrastructure through the business park. Approx. The coarse levelling work for 60 decares of the plot will be completed by 01.06.2023 and the remaining 33.5 decares will be completed by 01.04.2026. This means that construction work will be executed simultaneously with the completion of the building.
