Norsk Tipping intends to procure maintenance and operations of Internal Control System (ICS) from Spectra Systems Corporation (Spectra). The agreement also covers moderate development within the framework of the Norwegian Government’s Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA-V) 2009.
