Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS would like a new telephony solution. This solution will be implemented through a new framework agreement, which will include the procurement of mobile telephones, mobile telephone traffic, and a solution for a cloud based Call Centre. The contracting authority is looking for good solutions that improve and make availability and interaction more efficient. The solutions that are delivered must be future orientated, have high quality, and good availability.
