Eesmärk
Statnett SF needs a framework agreement for the procurement of telephony and tele services. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for telephony services with associated services/functionalities stated in the requirement specification and price form. The tenderer must use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the objective of the contract. The contract will cover subscriptions and traffic (IP, digital, and analogue), mobile network, and broadband, i.e., the total portfolio of tele traffic and services for the company.
