Eesmärk
The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of engineering services for buildings for the following disciplines: Consulting engineer Buildings (Norwegian: RiB), Consulting Building Physics engineer (Norwegian: RIBFy), Consulting Engineer Electrical installations (Norwegian: RiE), Consulting Engineer HVAC and sanitary installations (Norwegian: RiV), Consulting Engineer Acoustics (Norwegian: RiAku), Consulting Engineer Fire-proofing (Norwegian: RiBR), Coordinator Integrated technical building installations (Norwegian: ITB).

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 25,000,000 -30,000,000 excluding VAT in total for the consulting engineering services provided in the municipalities per annum. The contracting authority does not have a joint procurement system specified within the various framework agreements for recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value including options and expected price increase: NOK 125,000,000 excluding VAT.
